A contractor who'd rather do it right
ADA Design and Build is owned and run by Victor. The business is built on a simple idea: a contractor who takes on fewer jobs can do every one of them properly.
A lot of homeowners have had the other experience: a crew that rushes through, skips the prep, disappears halfway through the job, or leaves paint that's peeling a year later. We work differently. We take on a limited number of projects, give each one the time it actually needs, and finish what we start.
The owner is on every job
When you call ADA Design and Build, you talk to Victor. He walks your home with you at the estimate, and he's on the job while the work is being done. If something isn't right, you know exactly who to talk to, and he'll make it right.
Craftsmanship you can see
Good work is mostly the part you don't see: the patching, sanding, scraping, caulking and priming before the first finish coat. It's replacing rotted wood instead of painting over it, and testing a surface before putting micro cement on it. We don't cut those corners, because they're what make the finish last.
We handle interior painting, exterior painting, micro cement, remodeling, carpentry, drywall install & repair, siding and power washing. Painting is the center of what we do, and we're one of the few local contractors who know how to apply micro cement.
Licensed, insured and backed by a warranty
ADA Design and Build is licensed and insured, and every job comes with a 1-year warranty on our workmanship. If something we did fails because of how we did it, we come back and fix it.
Where we work
We serve homeowners across all of Wake County, including Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Wake Forest, Holly Springs, Fuquay-Varina, Garner, Morrisville, Knightdale, Rolesville, Wendell and Zebulon, plus nearby counties and the rest of North Carolina by request.
