What we remodel
We focus on the projects that make a real difference in how a home looks and works, without overloading our schedule. Typical remodeling work includes:
- Bathroom updates: vanities, fixtures, shower surrounds, flooring and paint
- Kitchen refreshes: backsplashes, counters refaced with micro cement, lighting changes and paint
- Basement, bonus room and attic finishing
- Opening up or reframing walls (non-structural, or with an engineer's plan when required)
- Flooring, trim and door replacement
- Repairs after leaks or damage, from framing to final finish
Because we also do drywall, carpentry and interior painting, the whole project stays with one crew. You don't have to coordinate a different trade for every step.

Our process, step by step
- Consultation. We walk the space with you, talk about what you want and what your budget is, and point out anything that could affect the job.
- Written estimate and scope. You get a clear written scope so there are no surprises about what's included.
- Permits and scheduling. When a project needs a permit, we'll tell you up front, and the work is scheduled in the right order.
- Protection and demolition. Floors and nearby rooms are protected and dust is kept under control.
- Build. Framing, drywall, carpentry, surfaces and fixtures, done in the right sequence.
- Finish. Paint, trim and final details are done with the same care as everything else.
- Walkthrough. We go through the space with you and fix anything that isn't right before the job is closed out.
Prep, planning and materials
Most remodeling headaches come from poor planning: materials that arrive late, trades that don't line up, or surprises behind the wall. We plan the order of work before demo starts and talk through material choices with you early, so decisions don't hold up the job. If we open a wall and find a problem, you'll hear about it right away, with options, before we keep going.
Why quality over quantity
Remodeling means we're working inside your home for days or weeks. We take fewer jobs so we're not splitting time between too many projects, and the owner is on every job. You'll know who's in your house and who to call.
Common remodeling projects in Wake County homes
Many homes around the Triangle were built in the 1980s, 1990s and 2000s, and their bathrooms and kitchens show it: cultured marble vanity tops, builder-grade tile, oak cabinets and brass fixtures. Some of the most cost-effective projects we take on keep what's solid and replace what's dated. That can mean new vanities and fixtures, micro cement over existing tile instead of demolition, fresh paint, and new trim and doors. When a full gut makes more sense, we'll tell you that too.
Warranty
Our remodeling work is covered by a 1-year workmanship warranty. We're licensed and insured, and we stand behind what we build.
